Roofing, Siding & Gutters for Southern New Hampshire
Roof Pros Plus repairs and replaces roofs, installs metal roofing and siding, clears ice dams and fixes storm damage from Derry and Salem to the Seacoast, Manchester, Nashua and Keene. Inspections are free.
Our Mission
Your roof, siding and gutters are what stand between your home and a New Hampshire winter. Our job at Roof Pros Plus is to keep them doing that: look closely, tell you plainly what we find, and do the work the way we would want it done on our own houses.
Roof Pros Plus Projects
Shingle, standing-seam metal and commercial roofs from our own job sites. Every photo here is our work.
Our Services
One leaking valley or a whole condo complex, the outside of the building is what we do. Pick the one that sounds like your problem.
Roof Repair
A leak over the kitchen, a few shingles in the yard, flashing that has pulled away from the chimney. We find the cause and fix that, not just the stain.
Roof Replacement
When patching stops making sense, we tear off the old roof and install a new one. Owens Corning Duration and IKO Dynasty shingles are two lines we put on regularly.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam is metal roofing with raised, interlocking ribs and no exposed screws. It sheds snow well and lasts a long time. We install Englert and Metal Sales panels.
Commercial Roofing
Re-roofing and upkeep for condos, apartment buildings, churches and other commercial properties, including EPDM rubber on flat and low-slope roofs.
Siding
Cracked, faded or loose siding lets weather in behind the wall. We repair damaged sections and install new siding when the old has run its course.
Gutters
Gutters have one job: carry roof water away from your foundation. If yours overflow, sag or drip at the seams, we can repair or replace them.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind, hail and fallen limbs do not wait for a convenient time. We respond fast, document what happened and get the roof watertight again.
Ice Dam Removal
An ice dam is a ridge of ice at the eave that traps meltwater and pushes it under the shingles. We remove them safely and help you stop them coming back.
Free Inspections
Not sure what you are looking at? We will check the roof or siding at no cost and tell you what needs doing now and what can wait.
